Refereeing Standards - It crap! + Ben Hunt Sin Bin threads

We have been on the wrong side of the refs for the last few weeks. Seriously, what are we doing that other teams aren't? For some reason, we are getting penalised out of the game for the first 20 or 30 minutes. Based on tonight's results, hopefully we've built up a bit of resistance to the penalty avalanche.

It is pots luck with these blokes nowadays , it really is , but it won’t be happening to the clubs that that have an official mouthpiece and can say just what is on their minds to ensure that they will be overlooked for the same offense next time - and the Dragons are not one of those clubs .

Given that the warning from the ref came 24 mins into the 1st half, and Hunt was binned in the 52nd, whilst IMO being onside was putrid. Think I've heard we've had 5 binnings in 6 weeks. There is no f**king way our discipline is that bad compared to the other clubs, to warrant such zealous scrutiny from the refs...
I heard Mary bring it up in the presser. So hopefully that shit stops this week.

The crackdown on the ruck over the last month certainly hasn't helped us! This might be my red and white goggles but watching the other top 4 sides, they seem to get a lot more leniency and time to lay down in the ruck than we do.

We got bugger all tonight. 2 very noticeable ones were a Lafai dominant tackle and later, Sims (working) which were both penalised. Lafai literally got straight up off the ruck yet was pinged, whilst Sims had every right to 'work' the ruck, after snapping old mate.

Yeah mate, exactly right. You could see the Sims one wasn't a penalty because Brookes tried to take the quick tap as soon as the whistle sounded. The ref gave that one because he thought poor Brookesy got hurt, complete crap.

Trying not to be paranoid, however felt the sin binning of Ben Hunt was BS tonight.

Another mediocre inconsistent refereeing display.

Time for the CEO to pluck his head out of his posterior long enough to call a few people at Headquarters.

Am sure Roosters and Storm wouldn’t tolerate this rubbish.
