It's pretty good, but I found Scorched Earth lagged a bit.

Anyone who buys the PS one classics from the psn store they have just add all three Spyro games for $16 or individually for $8 each. GTA:SA also was added to the PS2 section although Vice City remains absent. Can't wait to play the Spyro games again was one of the main reasons I switched over to PS3 to be able to play the old PS1 games, already have all the crash games along with Rayman, Medieval and some other games I played as a kid.

I play plenty of old classics on Dega (or fusion). Lately I've gotten back into Ninja Gaiden and Streets of Rage Uploaded a Streets of Rage play-through to my Youtube channel today.

Enhanced. It's a tad buggy (walking through doors is a pain) but still very much the original game with some nice improvements.

I'd love a BG 3. Or any decent D&D game really.

Anyone here heard of Zombie Driver?

It's not really a retro game as such, but it's got a retro game feel to it. It's sort of a combination of the old GTA games and Death Rally. A top-down view and you compete the stages as such, not really sandbox. There are 2 games - Zombie Driver, and it's sequel, Zombie Driver: Summer of Slaughter;

Worth a try.

Another game I tried (but would NOT recommend) was Retro City Rampage. It was a very poor mans GTA 1.

Awesome! A retro thread.

Love retro games, for the nostalgia, and the time- You can boot up and play a retro game for 30min, then sod off and do something else. Modern games will take the evening for a decent go.

Used to collect old consoles, but sold them off as they take a room to store them. So have MAME on the PC, and a 60 in Jamma arcade cabinet for the '80s classics.
