I like your vision and optimism, but history predicts that very few of the promising juniors actually go on to be top quality first grade players. I do hear good things about Caldwell though.

I think having Lewis and Gower in the side with a healthy mix of young blokes coming through the ranks will lend to a great balance of experience and enthusiasm in years to come.
