What needs to happen for people to get the need for more domestic players and genuine nationals in all these squads?

It won't happen whilst second rate Aussie coaches use these teams to try to build their reputation and score an NRL contract.....it's all about winning to them.

This is where leadership is required to enforce rules that say 4 to 6 locals should be in squads particularly from nations like Fiji, Samoa and Tonga. When 2nd Tier nations meet they can play some of their resident players.

Rugby League is so frustrating we are letting Australian coaches dictate the direction of the game way too much.

I watched some of the bati game and it seems a bit rough that only 2 locals made the squad. What was the point of that game if it wasn't a selection trial? Some of the players mentioned can consider themselves very lucky!!!

Luke gale is good enough to plough us through any 2nd tier team but against oz or nz he just ain't good enough..

No tomkins is a mistake,I like ratchford but he should be used as a utility imo
