Well that is why I (for one) have said we should let Terepo go. Because we have three or four bench level first grader props (Matagi, Gower, Vave and Terepo) off contract, along with Scott, and we could use that money better.

terepo is bog average just like the rest of em .... he runs fast then stops at the defensive line and gets dominated - he drops the ball as much as he hangs onto it - his passes are as likely to find an opposition player as a teammate - his defense is ok

Agreed, although that’s not why we lost last night. We need a complete overhaul from 8-17.

We need another 2 front rowers, a good back rower and as important as anything a hooker. I can spout this shit all day but I don’t even know who is available.

Our backline in my opinion is as good as anyone’s but it’s up front we lack.

Again not why we lost, we lost because we are straight out awful and look lost for ideas, we lack creativity and we need to really start from scratch and invent some new structures and plays, because what has worked in recent years does not anymore. Teams change, rules change, ideas change and we have not, we have not improved and we have not added and it is now glaringly obvious.

For the first time last night I didn’t like what I heard from BA. He needs to do something quick and something outside of the box because we are a very average and obvious footy team.

BA certainly hasn’t lost the dressing room but there is obviously something fundamentally wrong with the coaching.

We have been riddled with errors and discipline issues for years but the specific difference last year was that we defended all the mistakes (until the last 2 games of the year) we made to win 16 games.

So either we don’t have the players for the game plans or they don’t do enough skill work.

Whether BA needs to go, or significant changes underneath him made will be decided by much more qualified people than me but something has to change for next year as this year is over.
