His record overall is bog average no matter how you slice it. But but but but 43% is good for a club like ours........
Kearney has won about 43% with the Warriors and Stuart has won 47% at Canberra, 42% at the Sharks and 62% at the Roosters.

How do you reckon they would go at Parra?

Who knows?? Would they struggle there is a good chance but they are both very ordinary coaches. Just like Arthur.

We already have a very inexperienced side. I'm not sure a couple of blokes who could still be playing Flegg are what we need.
No BA would love to infect them with his looser culture.

But seriously I think they could benefit from the experience of playing with all our leaders in NRL team

He scored more tries than Smith did.

He set up more line drop outs than Smith did.

He defended better than Smith did.

I realise I'm on a hiding to nothing, because Smith is a former Panther, but Salmon played just as well, if not better, than Smith.

Smith has had 2 games and both where close losses. Also behind packs that didnt do a lot.
Salmon had hance to play in games where we pumped the opposition and he still did not create a whole lot in those wins. Of course he was not terrible but not a massive contributor.
I like Salmon and long term I see him as a better prospect but currently I prefer to let Smith have a few more games.

He had no need to be a massive contributor; clearly, his role was to defend well, run the ball, and support Moses.

For the record, I am not a fan of Smith, but I don't hate him.

I'm just saying that we need our best 17 on the field every week, and since Dylan Brown has been injured, we have won several games with Salmon at 5/8, so I don't believe he should have been dropped.

With Salmon at 5/8 we where beaten by Canberra easily, Belted by Knights and polaxed by the Storm.
We did beat Saints,Tigers and Sharks. Salmon was ok in those wins.

Salmon was hardly the reason we lost to the Storm, Knights and Canberra.

I find it pretty unfortunate for Salmon that he has found himself dropped after the Storm loss, everyone was awful.

Did W Smith play any reserve grade or as he put straight back into FG? I do not understabd BA's love affair with the guy, wouldn't common sense say nurture and persist with a young talent like Salmon as opposed to W Smith.

Yes, I know it has been stated he has been dropped to rest his body but we also need to win games, every year we say next year will be our year, when are we going to do something this year? The games we have won Salmon has played and done his job, so if it wasn't really that broken why have we fixed it?

People on here were whinging deluxe about what salmon offers as a 6.
But compared to Dill Smith he’s fine. The bloke is a walking brain fart. His strength is his running game which we didn’t see instead he tried to be a play maker. He got lucky with a kick when we score anyway if we go through the hands everything else he touched turned to shit as usual. At least Salmon wasn’t overplaying his hand constantly.

Well we have no alternative without Drown, so i think people should face reality and stop bitching about each one. They are all we have
