That Souths fullback is a decent player and you’d have to think once Latrell comes back he’d be looking for a long term opportunity. Some club will do well to get him.

That's why I'm a fan of parra of signing players who will really challenge and put pressure on for positions.
I would chase the calibre of Ado Carr, Kotoni Staggs, John Asiata, Young Tonumaipea, Lachlan Burr. In particular the first 3. Then if you get one or any of them worry about where and how u fit them in later.

I'd prefer to finish 4th or 5th from here. If the Roosters don't think it is a good idea to finish 3rd and play the Storm in Qld, I'm not sure why anyone else in the World would think it's a good idea.

They have some very good players, including two Origin forwards. About half of their team tonight would improve our top 17. And in any case they've missed the finals while we're top 3-5.

We have a 7 year coach with the team he wants and the excuses are still endless. There is no excuse for our team looking like absolute strangers after the same coach for 7 years and the same spine for almost two. But but but but stability lol.

Actually I do, because I like mediocrity and his team has been mediocre. But they just beat their first top eight team of the year, which is a nice way to end the season. Did the Knights take them lightly? Almost certainly, but good on the Titans for giving them a spanking.
