Robinson is a high tier coach, and anyone who is on the fence I recommend you listen to him explain the game plan for the grand final last year. It was absolutely genius and you can tell the way he explained it that he knows his stuff

McDickhead couldn't explain the directions to get to Kogarah Oval.

Cause no other team ever has injuries to key forwards or halves...

Our 2016 season is pretty comparable, in terms of disruptions, with your current season.
Even taking Mary into account, most people had Dragons pushing for the top 4 not the wooden spoon.
It doesn't take much off-field drama to derail a season.

You mean 2016, after we'd let James Maloney go to the Sharks? After we dumped Michael Jennings and he went to the Eels and brought in Dale Copley? Where we had no Jared-Ware Hargreaves for most of the season as he recovered from the ACL injury he's suffered in Round 20 of the 2015 season, only playing 11 games that year? Where we had no Boyd Cordner for much of the season after he ruptured a pectoral muscle in he pre-season and only played 11 games all season? Where we had no Mitchell Pearce for 8 rounds following his fine and suspension for the stupid dog video, and with origin and injuries he only played 12 games all year? After we'd lost Roger Tuivasa Scheck to the Warriors?

Only good part of that season was the new blood that debuted that year (Latrell Mitchell, Joseph Manu, Nat Butcher, Connor Watson). Otherwise lack of talent at key positions (e.g. the halves, I mean we had Jackson Hastings and Jayed Nikorima in the halves for a chunk of the season) plus injuries killed the season.

It was still a very good roster and he finished second last with it. Every other year he has had an off the charts roster that every other club can barely fathom. He isn't even credited with putting the roster together the credit there usually goes to Plikitis.

Come on be fair he only had Jake Friend, Latrell Mitchell, Dylan Napa, Mitchell Pearce, Ferguson, Aubusson, Copley, Guerra, Cordner, Isaac Liu, Warea H and Tupou to offset SKD.

Second last was overachieving with this squad eh?
No wonder they threw the kitchen sink at Luke Keary to stop him signing with us.

You are clutching now.

Latrell debuted that year

Napa is a decent player but that's about it

Pearce had the whole dog scandal

I'll give you Fergo

Aubusson is a great clubman but far from a world beater

Copley? please

Guerra stopped being first grade standard within 2 hours of the completion of the 2013 GF

Liu, see Aubo

Cordner missed half the season

JWH, see Cordner

Tupou was terrible that year

LOL, Hilarious thread! So this is what we have become? So deluded by the brain f**king our coach and club have dished up to us that we are now taking pot shots at Bellamy, Bennett and Robinson's coaching credentials? That's Gold!

Never mind, one more game and we can all take a well earned break and maybe some of us will come back next year with a less delusional and more rational thought process. Oh, BTW, Lewis Hamilton can't drive, he just has the fastest car, Steve Smith can't bat, he just got lucky that Bradman wasn't around in the same era and Michael Phelps can't swim, he just smoked so many cones and tasted so much candy that he literally morphed into a fish......Impostor's the lot of them I say!
