Either way he is heavily involved in the game and gets all the great first hand info!

It is a fact that $ouff$ majorly cheat the cap, certain $ouff$ players such as the burge$$ boy$ take illegal performance enhancing drugs, and $ouff$ get a leg up from the refs as well as the match review committee and judiciary.
