Personally, hook doesn't get any brownie points from me for choosing hunt at hooker this roujd. He refused to do it FOR 3 YEARS because his little mate would've thrown the toys out the cot otherwise, but now that his job's on the line he's trying to prove to our deadshit board that he can turn it around... Even then, he couldn't resist having the slowpoke mbye in the team instead of Liddle.

Far out if only Jacob Liddle was playing off the bench rather than Mbye, it would be a potentially lethal attack, especially on a fast track. Hook may say Mbye is there for utility value, but we already have Bird who can cover more positions than Mbye can if need be. A specialist hooker in Liddle off the bench is what's required, not Mbye who will only slow the play down when he comes on.

Still, despite that, I'm excited to see a team that has Bud/Amone/Sloan/Feagai twins all playing together.

I am a little tongue in cheek, but just check how often we are that compressed that we leave the poor winger 20m to cover to the touch line and 1 or 2 players already outside of him. No wonder the poor buggers are desperately trying to cut the ball off.

This will happen for about 20 minutes midway through the second half. Then Mbye will be back on at 9 for the final 10 minutes and Hunt will return to 7 to ice the game with their patented hand-offs to props or telegraphed barge-overs.

Hopefully Hook's farewell game hence why all his buddies are on the field in Mbye and Burns. Burns has been awful, how he gets a run is amazing. Lomax set up 1 try and Couchman scored one yet both dropped. Classic Hook.

Slip I think Lomax,s situation is more attitude, immaturity and his massive drop in form the past two seasons and not what he did last Sunday. Mind you his lack of pace in his runaway may have reminded the coaches of another deficiency .

That's what NRL360 reckons will happen.. hopefully they got that one wrong.. I feel things are over-complicated when we play 2 separate halfbacks.. am also unsure what Hunt will do in the 2nd half, is he going to finish on the bench?

If Hunt's going to play hooker, you can't start him at half, it's just dumb. You do not, under any circumstance, change your halfback mid game unless forced by injury. Surely it can't happen... right?

360 just don't think things through.. 3 years Hunt has tried to make it at 7.. we've been woeful, but their solution is to keep doing the same thing...... and now as soon as Hunt gets pushed into the position he plays for QLD/Australia.. the dragons are apparently a rabble..

I think you'll find these wingers coming in are not doing it because they want to or because they're necessarily bad defenders. Mat Feagai never rushed in before this year.. not a coincidence. When your centre goes in, you have to follow, you can't just leave a hole there. Lomax causes the issue there. I can't stand it when wingers get blamed for rushing in, it's almost always the centre's or second rower's fault, its football 101.
