Yeah, the more I think about it, I like 7.Burton and 6.May.

I also think that May might be the best choice for Captain. I realise that will trigger the May haters, but I think he’d be the best choice if we all those boys are picked.

Not a May hater, I just don't rate him. Too slow for a back, too soft for the forwards, not skilled enough for a spine position. A real jack of all trades, master of none as a first grader.

If Ivan legitimately picks the best player for each position, I don't think May starts in Rd 13.

He is very much like Reynolds kicks and does the basics well. Much better then May in the halves

I've seen him stuff the hit the bomb on the 10 metre line and give away a seven tackle twice in one game which is a bit worrying to stuff the most basic kick. I'd like him to aim closer to the 15 metre line and just play it safer with his kicks until he can execute better but besides that he's a decent steer the team around the park halfback.

I think Burton is a more accurate kicker though and don't see why Burton doesn't handle most of the kicking with his massive boot.

We shit the bed and threw away a grand final victory. The Storm weren't that hot that night. They just do what they usually do. Grind away and punish the opposition when they make a mistake.
That final series we were a completely different team. A nervous one.

Smith did an interview and he basically said watching Penrith throughout the year he was confident they would win once they started playing well. He said he watched closely the Souths game and for whatever reason Souths weren't pressuring Cleary. So they made sure to give him no time and pressure him on every play they could just like they did against Parra with Hayne. Considering how Rugby League smart Smith is I'd consider his perspective that he was always confident they would win not that the game was always Penrith's to win and they let it slip.

Burton will be number 1 kicker but you need a 2nd option.

On Falls. Up until Feb he was still a tradie and training part time. He started the year as a St Marys player so errors are expected
