Absolutely outf**kingstanding.

Since when do Penrith teams keep two of the better/best teams in the comp tryless two weeks in a row? That just doesn't happen. Even in 2003 we won by scoring more than the opposition. Saints never even looked close to likely.

Players and Hook should take a bow.

Origin will be a huge test, but I think none of us should be booking anything for the first weekend October.
it's actually the last weekend of September this year lol

What a sparkling performance. It doesn't seem to matter if we have the ball or not, are in good field position or bad, we win almost every physical contest. The Dragons just looked shattered and bereft of ideas with 20 minutes to go. If I was Cleary, I'd be signing up to play behind that pack for a long time, they are going to lead him to greatness.

I bloody love Hetherington. When Blake is back and Peach goes back to the pack, I reckon you start Peach in CHN's spot, then shift him to lock when JFH comes off and bring Hetherington in to maintain the rage. Then we get Peach in the middle with plenty of ball against tirwd packs also,

Here here.

Hetherington has a huge amount of mongrel in him. When he came on he absolutely ripped in and we lost nothing. I was worried he wasn't going to be able to control himself when there was. We are losing nothing when our bench comes on.

Interesting that the dragons have lost to all other top 4 teams.

We’ve beaten the two top 4 teams we’ve played.

Warriors game will be tough without our origin players though.
It will be a hard task, but I'm sure we have the depth to make a game of it. An outside chance of jagging a FG win. If we did win,we would need an escort to the airport. :)

Whare, for all the criticism he's copped on here, has really started to look good the last couple of weeks, including tonight. Crichton also played very well. Was as safe as house coming out of our own end, put Peachey into space for the break he made that lead to our first try, and also showed incredible strength to score that try of his own.

One thing for sure is that Griffin will have a huge headache when he works out how to fit everyone in to the team once the remaining players on the injured list start coming back

Definitely. There is always going to be competition for spots in the team. That's both a blessing and a curse. It'll certainly keep everyone motivated.

He was out of position. Far better at right centre than left

For the first time in a long time I'm enjoying watching the Panthers play.

Me too. I think the thing I am loving more than anything is our physicality.

There isn't a player in the team who shies away from tough, hard work in defence and in carrying up the ball. Added to that is that it is done with no thoughts of self preservation and with real aggression. It is also resulting in the outcome of physically dominating other teams. It just isn't a trait that our sides have had to the same degree in the past.
