Our forward pack is like a black tsunami, they just keep coming and wash over you, swamping you with their aggression. Imagine what the St George forwards must of thought when Reggie and Merrin went off and then on comes Kikau and Tamaou. Then they probably went,"thank god, now they're brining on that newbie junior we can get on top now. What's his name again. Hathaway, Heath err no... Hethrington, that's it. I'm going to run straight at the rookie. Here I go......".

Woods for NSW? Stop it you're killing me!

That is so far wrong about Maloney I don't know where to start. A stinker!! You have to get over your man love for Moylan. He isn't even in the same post code as Maloney. He is pretty to watch though, I'll give you that.
This has nothing to do with Moylan. He slipped back into his stupid penalties. Could read the pressure of making NSW all over him

Yeo must be in origin contention. Huge effort tonight, it’s ridiculous how little he’s talked about.

As I said in the main forum being no fuss keeps him under the radar. He gets a quick play the ball rather than getting to stay something with the markers. Where as true origin NSW origin players look for the fight. It's been the winning formula since 2005.

That's hilarious and so true. The way he literally ran off the back fence and slammed the Dragons forwards in defence was awesome.

I know we dont want to go back there AGAIN but it further proves he should have been 1 years ago

Yes it does.

I thought BBQ was good tonight. Seemed to let Cleary do more but that should happen.

That penalty against him (leading to the Dragons penalty goal) shouldn't have been awarded. All the Fox Commentary agreed that it wasn't worthy of a penalty. How often do you see that happen in a game without a penalty being awarded?

I read that Shirley Woods is being shopped around by the doggies. He should be playing in an under 9’s comp.

I have to agree. The forward pack has to be made up of Panther's and Dragons with Trobjevic thrown in as well. Stacks of aggression and grunt and less of the ambling forward looking for an offload......Eventually

I have just got home from the game. We won that game by dominating St George physically. After about 20 minutes our forwards got on top, and by the end of the game St George were absolutely crushed. I struggle to remember us ever having such a physical side across the park, but especially in the forwards - every single one of one of our forwards is excellent. Our team in 2003 didn't have what this side has in the forwards. It is really a sight to behold.

What a sparkling performance. It doesn't seem to matter if we have the ball or not, are in good field position or bad, we win almost every physical contest. The Dragons just looked shattered and bereft of ideas with 20 minutes to go. If I was Cleary, I'd be signing up to play behind that pack for a long time, they are going to lead him to greatness.

I bloody love Hetherington. When Blake is back and Peach goes back to the pack, I reckon you start Peach in CHN's spot, then shift him to lock when JFH comes off and bring Hetherington in to maintain the rage. Then we get Peach in the middle with plenty of ball against tirwd packs also,

DWZ is doing an amazing job as well. He is smashing it at the back as predicted. 267 metres, 63 after contact. I think we will be right over the Origin period too. Wal & May in the halves will be fine with our forwards only missing RCG

Absolutely outf**kingstanding.

Since when do Penrith teams keep two of the better/best teams in the comp tryless two weeks in a row? That just doesn't happen. Even in 2003 we won by scoring more than the opposition. Saints never even looked close to likely.

Players and Hook should take a bow.

Origin will be a huge test, but I think none of us should be booking anything for the first weekend October.
