Did you not watch the half time talk?

He told them to play out their sets for the first ten or fifteen minutes and take the game away from the Cowboys. Calm it down and play mistake free football and don't let them get ahead through be ruck. Also said they needed to tighten up in the middle in defence. All of it was pretty obvious.

i remember many yrs ago ...parra leading 22-0 at half time and broncos came back to win 24-22.
That was prob 20 yrs ago.ive always remember that as the worst lose for me.Being there at 22 nil at half time to lose killed me.

That last play was caused by the Cowboys being able to move up quickly and organised after a slow play-the-ball.

The game was unacceptable. Not the last play. That was always going to happen given the circumstances.

I actually could understand not bringing Alvaro and Pauli on. I reckon at 30-6 at the 54th min on the set semi drops the ball he would of brought them on mid way thru that set. Than they score, and score and score and there was just no point.

All comes down to coaching, he voices the team, he picks the conditioning, he picks the tactics, he teaches defender, all falls on him.

Fair enough it was a bit strange how we used the interchange, but it wouldn't have helped. They just killed is down Sandow's side with their comeback, Álvaro / Pauli wouldn't have help stop that.

Didn't say I knew the best way to use but you could clearly see in that period where the Cowboys scored 5 tries in 12mins that there were some big boys walking, some players played more minutes than they aRe used to and you could tell in around the 55th minute when the line speed slowed and players were taking longer to get onside from kicks etc. that would have been a sign to give a couple of the big boys a rest for a bit and get fresh legs out there, but what would I know?
