All comes down to coaching, he voices the team, he picks the conditioning, he picks the tactics, he teaches defender, all falls on him.

He will be out and hopefully so at the end of the year

Who should we replace him with?

You can't sack a coach without knowing who to replace him with.

Regardless, I don't think we can, I think with our recruitment and our track record with coaches we have to give him until the end of next season regardless of results.

I remember leading 16-4 at halftime against a start studded Broncos side and then some one at half time told Allan Langer he was playing footy not sun baking and they won 62-14.

The fundamental problem with this team is we don't have a core group of hardened first graders playing week in week out.

NQ have Coote, Linnet, Thurston, Scott, Tamou, Cooper, Hannett, Winterstein etc

We have Mannah and Watmough.

The rest of our team are Rookies (some who have been asked to do too much too early), Guys who have spent long periods out of the game, reserve graders or first graders who haven't know anything but losing in their first grade careers ie Sandow, Seffa and Morgan.

Thats why we cant play good footy CONSISTENTLY.

what are you laughing at you apologist, the attack was dreadful because the players were absolutely knackered. We played a game against the best pack in the Comp without using two of our interchange forwards. That is no one else's fault but the coaches. But go on keep making excuses you ate so good at it. I don't think it's match fitness. It was a combo of shit mental toughness and shit coaching in regards using the bench.

I reconsider being an Eels fan every season. Not because of anything the side or club does. Because our supporters are absolutely the worst in the competition. Tonight was pathetic, it doesn't even come close to being as pathetic as most if the merkins that support this club both here and elsewhere. Deadset dregs.
