Round 13 vs. Knights Discussion + Voting

Thank god May is over!

The parallels between this season & 2011 is uncanny. 7-1 start (both losses to the Cowboys in the first game at Suncorp) before 3 straight losses on the trot ahead of the Origin season. Hopefully the trend continues and the boys are able to navigate themselves comfortably through the mid-season (no repeats of that Raiders game from last year please!) & a win against the Knights could make this a reality.

Only positive we can take from Friday is that the only way is up. With the Origin players back on the deck I wouldn't make any unforced changes & give the likes of Wallace & Glenn a chance to redeem themselves.

Knights are struggling & Bennett is a master of turning that into a positive but hopefully Hook keeps up his clean record against his predecessor. In fact, I'd love to see us rock up a score & clean up our F&A but I see us settling for a comfortable but low scoring victory.

I think we're due, and Newcastle have been deplorable for several weeks now.

Broncos 18+.

We should roll the Knights. Their offensive Footy is just absolutely nowhere at the moment, and our young guns will run rings around them.

If only it could be mirror 2007s 71-6 effort.
Both teams will be very desperate for the win (bad cliche) so i wont think it would be a smashing.
Wayne is looking at missing his first finals series since 1991.

That 70point game was awesome. It almost got boring watching the Broncos score... wait, who am I kidding, it was awesome.

Watching Hodges in that footage, dayam! He is obviously still a great player, but perhaps not quite the same....

As all above have said we should win this game comfortably. I watched the Knights vs Titans, and to say the Knights were bad is an understatement.

I just hope we don't go in with wrong attitude, which we shouldn't after losing 3 in a row.

Expecting a massive game from the 3 origin boys not backing up.

That footage was glorious. I don't think Brent Tate has ever got enough credit for how fast he is. He was one of the fastest players to ever play the game, IMO. And probably still is.

We must have a big win on Sunday. We need to start putting teams away when we win. Knights are a poor team this year and should be an easy win but Bennett will have them up and ready for us.

Strong side, strong enough that Gillett is on the bench. Need to turn it around this week, and with style.

No Gagai named for Knights (yet).

Surprised Anderson didn't retain his place in the side. Thought he did a decent job against the storm.

I hope Gagai plays and tears one of our players a new asshole just so Griffin can see what mistake he made by cutting him loose. Very upset by it and will be until Gagai retires.
