Yeh Origin screws things. Routines are broken, and the Origin guys are on fumes. Penrith, Souths all struggled and Cronulla were down early as well.

I expect a better performance next week when we get a full week of training in.

We are still the NRL benchmark , Bellamy knew exactly what he was saying when he said just that about the Dragons - didn't he ?

McGregor is the one who needs time off to get his grey matter in working order again .

Dragons, Panthers, Rabbits and Roosters all winning by close margins. 2 points or less.

But I'll take it. Usually in games with a 2 point different, we aren't the winner. This year we have shown the ability to hold on when we would usually fall apart, and we held on for an entire 30 minutes that second half under pressure.

Was it pretty? Nah. But the top teams don't always win pretty, but they find a way to win
