I thought the same thing. It isnt just poor organisation but stupid if they fly back to Sydney first.

It could of course be mind games from Gus, hoping to lead the Raiders into a false sense of security.

It is just mind games. Gus is the master at it

For the smarter minds than mine, who would kick goals on Friday if both halves were not to back up???

Luai or Katoa have kicked in lower grades

Whether the 4 back up or not. Still need to keep our defence strong to keep the momentum going

Actually yeah I recall CHN kicking decently in either or both of U20s and NSW Cup. He's obviously not as good as Cleary or Maloney... and probably would be rusty having not needed to kick them in 18+ months.

But he seems our best option. Although if we just score under the posts all night it won't matter too much. None of these guys shoild be as bad as Rhys Wesser at goal kicking.

Peachey plays for sure, probably does more in a training session than tonight’s origin minutes he got.

Not complaining though, we’ll get 80 mins from him on Friday

Peachey will definitely back up after that. I hope only being on the field for less than 10 minutes doesn't dent his confidence at all.

I think RCG will also back up - he appeared to me to play a lot less minutes than he usually does.

Maloney had ice on his knee after the game (although it didn't seem serious) but also appeared to be straight onto the beers while everyone else was drinking Powerade, so perhaps he isn't going to back-up (or we might not even want him to!)

Cleary, despite how hard he played, will probably back up given his youth.

Also thank heavens for no injuries it seems!

Maloney had a shiner and general bumps. Cleary was stuffed said as much after the game. I'd be pushing the other 2 if we could. SOO 2 we won't have to worry and SOO 3 we won't need reinforcements as bad.

We could have this missing

Edwards
Mansour
Blake
Peachey
Jed
Maloney
Cleary
McKendry
Wallace
RCG
Waddell
Hetherington
Leota

A full team out. So whoever can back up should

RCG and Peach for sure, Cleary will get there with a young body. I'd consider giving Maloney a rest though, he is the one we cant lose this year.

It was a tough game for Nath, they targeted him well everytime he got the ball there was some big two header in his face, he handled it though and still brought the defence and composure. Hopefully it will slow down for him in game 2 and he can assert himself a bit more.

Maloney pretty did everything so mentally would be exhausted

No way Maloney plays. He has had a big season to date and will need the week off.

Cleary?? maybe, he did cop a lot of attention (passed with flying colours). Hasn't trained with the team all week so would lean towards giving him a rest.

Peach and RCG - should play.

If we lose this week it is not the end of the season, not even the end of our top 4 aspirations.

Our SOO players will be all the better at the back half of the year for the experience. We can catch up on a couple of losses then.......

Just need to get through the Denver test then we will come flying home.

RCG played the first 30 mins straight & the last 20. He played pretty big minutes, not sure he'll back up.

I'd be giving them all except Peach the game off.
RCG did 47 minutes. Maybe he could do a short stint either side of halftime with Tamou starting and finishing. We are quite thin for prop forwards with Hetherington suspended.
