I honestly don't know how to feel about our games anymore.

The history suggests we'll lose but this year we have won more games than i ever anticipated.

Bunnies are a much more dangerous side with Keary and Walker in halves - apart from the kicking game of Reynolds - he just does not create ANYTHING !

Yeah The Chairman needs to pay Paul Carter a visit tonight.

Keep an eye on Carter tonight... last time we played them it seemed like Semi had a target on him and Carter was going to hit it with whatever he could... definitely had Semi in his sights. Maguire's instructions no doubt. Will be interesting to see if the same trend continues tonight...

Carter will be sent off before the season is over.

Guy toes a fine line...

Surely there is less stress supporting an underachieving club? Look at how Roosters and Manly fans slash their wrists as soon as they lose a few games.

if we couldn't handle stress we would support another team :D

The weird part is that i handle stress really, really well at work.

Parra games (and Colts games), not so much (as is evident if you see my posts during games). I guess it because it actually means something to me, maybe more than it should.

I get paid to work so therefore in the line of work i'm in i get paid to be calm in extremely stressful situations when it is required.

It's like compartmentalisation or something.......

Same Kornstar I wouldn't have a job or be locked up if I handled work stress the way I handle football stress. It's called emotional labour expressing emotions the company expects you to and emotional dissonance when those emotions differ from your actual emotions. It can be unhealthy but not as unhealthy as not eating because you can't buy food

Yep, if you read the book (or see the film) Fever Pitch by Nick Hornby, it is chillingly accurate portrayal of the football fan, and all the irrational shit that goes through ones head before, during and after a game.
