Yes, but the dragons rely on bolting out of the line in defense and holding down ... its pretty unbelievable they wouldnt concede one in practically 3/4 of a game

No I agree it should be more like 3-3, but I'd rather a 3-0 penalty count than some of the 10-4 ones we've been on the end of at times.
