id like us to have a similar start to the last game - 10-0 lead at the half, but this time around, go on with the job instead of a 10 minutes period just undoing all of our good work.

we are full strength this time around, at home, against a Parra side losing key personnel - there isn't any excuses for this one - they beat us last time, that's all the motivation they need to get a little payback.

going to be an intense game - boys just need to keep their heads with nigglers like Brown who will be baiting.... gotta be careful that we don't tackle Fergo or Sivo too hard... they'll curl up in the foetal position wanting a piggyback from the Refs :p

How bad has it been this year? The Eels spend half their time plating for penalties.

Sivo has become a bit of a laughing stock. Went down again on the weekend clutching his neck when replays showed there was nothing in it and he wasn’t rewarded with a penalty. He needs to get the bullshit out of his game, he has enough flaws without the rubbish.

Please note this game is effectively 'sold out' with all tickets redeemed by Panthers full season members.

I agree but they included it a few rounds ago with the set restart rule for whatever reason.

Wow, I must have missed that.

I reckon within 3 years the only 'penalties' will be for foul play. Everything else will be 6 more tackles (or change over if the team in possession offends).

Capewell dropped is a massive surprise. Departure from Ivan's usual style. Though as I said last week there was an obvious battle between the bench forwards last week. They were put on notice.

Happy for Leinu anyway, always been a fan

Jeez that's a strong squad, that's our top 17 in my opinion with some great backup options waiting in the wings for injuries and rests..can we start to get excited now? I think after the last few years of near misses, we deserve to. Start of the year, big ?? over Dyl, Sauce, Nado, Romy, the centres pairing, Api returning, the other new guys (Zane and Luke, great job), our young squad..the list goes on..but all of them have risen to the challenge..and how!

Lots of the time it is how the jersey's fit even. So see how it plays out
