Round 18 v Gummy's

We were hammered into oblivion last week so where are the mass sackings. Same old, same old, except the return of Toby Couchman. But why at the expense of Musgrove who had strong carries, scored a good try and his middle defense was no worse than most others. He always seems to be the scapegoat for our stinkers, yet the lazy BMM remains a starter??????? Feagai too remains, a REAL HEAD SCRATCHER this. He has been responsible for at least six tries in past four matches with his inability to bloody well stay on his wing. Is Carr bloody well blind.

Sorry to say but Carr is following the Griffin blueprint and picking duds, and Griffin's favorites , like BMM. If Musgrove is not seen as a better player than this whale , who hides in the backline for a smooze, I'll eat my winter beanie.
Our season is all but gone, so how about giving this pair a crack,

  • Savelio Tamale- for Suli
  • Sione Finau- for Feagai

After a few weeks of hope once we snared Flanno and there was a chance to start fresh with the devisive Hunt being shown the door, I am back in the doldrums. All I see going forward is more of the same. There are some fine young play making halves about to hit the market but with the retension of Hunt we will miss out. All we can hope is that Flanno is able to drum some structure into the Hunt playbook so we can become a consistent competitive footy team.

So people were giving plenty of stick to Hook and then lauding Carr for his selections and saying how great life post Hook was going to be.

For all of the posts that we must keep Carr even to the point he would be a better rookie coach than either Hornby or Young one has to scratch ones head to try and make any sense of these selections.

Obviously 1st grade coaches see plenty that we can't see and maybe our criticism's are just a bit too hard?

This team selection only reinforces how bad our roster really is.
Jesus this guy still going in to bat for Griffin. You're worse than Hunt

Moga was actually playing well before his injury, BMM, as the stats show, is our leading metres-per-run guy and alongside Sua is the only forward who bends the line. Since Carr took over we'd beaten the Roosters, Souths, and were narrowly pipped by Penrith. The Warriors hammering you can just about write off thanks to the Ben Hunt shitshow. There's no doubt they've been playing better since we dumped that anchor of an ex coach

I dont know what to think about this game, my head wishes for a better effort my heart tells me that we are going to cop a flogging with Sloan missing many tackles. Why is BH still our captain ???

There was a Dolphins game in there too wasn't there? How did we go in that one again? Not too mention either that the Roosters are not even a top 8 side this year, Penrith's most key attacking player missed the majority of the game and the Bunnies were missing their whole spine and nearly well embarrassed us from an unlosable position

This is hardly an impressive run and the Sharks game tomorrow night will show we are the same old dumb and crap team.

Mind boggling Old Timer. Yes Carr is following the Griffin blueprint with the retention of under performers Bird, BMM, Moga, Feagai, who has cost us at least 6 tries in past four games. Bird missing, but hearing he has not been sacked but carrying an injury. The way he tackled last week he should be carrying injuries inflicted by disgruntled fans.. both he and Feagai. Not sure why Musgrove has been dropped, either.
