Serious question. Does anyone think that the ruling the Tigers copped would go the same way if it was the Storm, Panthers, Roosters or even Parra? Those shit calls just seem to go against the punching bags in the comp in the bottom 4 or thereabouts.... Disgraceful decision.... Another question - would that happen in a GF??? If it did, there would be a riot!
Uncle Nick would have sent a hit man to Ashley Klein or NRL HQ If that happened against the Roosters.

And i reckon Bellamy would have had a stroke in the box if it was melbourne.

The cowboys used to get shafted in the finals every season. I think it happened 3 years in a row.

Now they are at the top and getting the calls again.

To be fair

Those sides mentioned (not us) have coaches who are not afraid to get stuck at officiating at the presser when it is warranted. This has to have some (the desired) affect... on some officials

Pretty sure earlier in the year (or was it last year) Payton had a big whinge about the top sides getting favouritism

This is another example of too much subjectivity in rugby league officiating... made worse by the 6 again restart crap and reducing the onfield referees by one.
It basically allows games to be rigged by the ref and bunker. And the same teams always benefit.

6 again is a massive blight on the game.
Blatant exploitation of the rules.
Was a fan of V'landys but he has to go and we need to bring a Rugby League man to bring common sense back into the game.
Sideline officials have become the most irrelevant officials in world sport. Miss so many fwd passes, don't help police the 10m but are awesome at raising the flags when the ball sails between the posts.
Only sport where every year we make multiple rule changes. F the changes.
Fix the bunker, fix the MRC, fix the judiciary and make sure all teams and players are given a fair go regardless of what area they are from and which players they have.
The crying shame that the bunker still cocks up many decisions weekly is embarrassing.

NRL already making excuses.

a spokesman has said the ref only blew the whistle once when the ball was caught by the tigers, which stood the play but doesn’t end the game, so therefore the cowboys had every right to challenge it and it would have been unfair to not let them challenge. The ref has to blow the whistle 3 or 4 times to end the game.

Absolutely pathetic.
