Sure he made mistakes in NRL but he played a better game at a younger age than Dufty. I'm expecting a barrage of insults coming my way but I don't give a shit. Quinny suits ESL and gained so much momentum under JD. Apart from injury last year I think Tim Sheens chose well. JD is still in contact with all his 2016 ISP winners.

We need to get JD back. Looks like he won’t be in the race to replace Bennett

Sorry, but it wasn't all on Duges. He had a good game except spilling the ball on the line. I'd have him back and some of you guys are really quite disrespectful. Wind had died down 2nd half and running like a crab running in circles didn't do Dufty any favours. I'm not going to sugar coat it like most on here.

Not really fussed on how Duges went. He's a Shark now. and he's 0 and 2, and we're leading the comp.
I'm happy we have Dufty,

Fair enough Saintm, I'm not saying you did this, I probably just interpreted it this way but I get pissed off when posters try to belittle other posters views.

Glad you're happy. I'm not. Substandard by a country mile. Your KPI's must be minimal. We won't be leading the comp if we continue with this tripe. Stick Mann into the FB [position and we may have a chance. Sorry to disagree with you. I just happen to think that everyone is blowing smoke up Dufty's arse.

DQ are you drinking heavily again?
Dufty is doing just fine. Perhaps 2 rounds is a bit too soon to be saying sack the bloke?

Nah, my KPI's are just fine. They completed 20/21 sets and had a cyclonic gale behind them. They won the comp just 18 months ago and they were playing at home after a loss. We ran them down after leading by 14 and Dufty was a big part of keeping their lead at a minimum by holding firm at the back.

What exactly was substandard?

Right. So catching a bomb and trying to run around your opposition (without success I should add) is the hallmark of a contributing FB. Got it, but for all intensive purposes he wasn't a big reason we got that win. Not by a stretch of the imagination.

FMD we’re 2-0, beating 2 perennial semi final teams and all you want to do is bag our rookie fullback who’s 9 games into his NRL career?

Yet you lament the loss of Dugan who’s now playing for our most hated rival a year after missing team buses and planes, getting pissed in Origin camp and along with his mate Fergo, is basically a douchebag all round.

It's called a team for a reason mate. Fullbacks are only a part of a team, albeit an important part of a team. Guess we got a cheap buy. Let's see how that pays off. Difference of opinion and no hard feelings at all.

Dufty continues to impress me. IMO he was more dangerous and effective then Boyd in R1, and more dangerous and effective than Dugan in R 2. His confidence is growing and consider many world class players who've played for years add extras to their games ie bay playing improves....he's got some way to go but he looks the goods to me

LOL thank God it's just your opinion. How many relatives does this kid have on this post? The thing that impressed me the most about Dufty was his ability to lay down before the opposition dived on him and dragged him sideways and backwards. Didn't see that happen to Duges. Did you?
