Sugar coat it any way you like but this was as poor a victory as you will ever see.
The only positive, if there is one, it might give us a confidence boost.
No injuries is always good too

Mate, I was lighting my pitchfork with you after 60.
He was moving at half pace. Playing so far back from the defensive line. Not sure what’s happened with him.
I would also think that Kikau was playing busted. It was his defence early on that allowed the silvertails to score. I would hazard a guess that he had a pain killing injection at some time...
Thing is,there are quite a few players who are carrying injuries at this time of the year from all clubs. For us,on top of our already busted squad,we have to soldier on because we have no choice. In the past 6 weeks,I'm sure there are players who are needled up every time they train,to the time they play.
5. Baz's presser. We wouldn't give them the ball back. It's so unfair.4. No injuries!
He will replace Hetherington or Leota. Hook did not drop Wallace from his squad at Brisbane, despite common belief, and he won't drop Merrin now. He does not drop leadership players for short term form issues. Tamou was equally useless in this game and last and he won't be dropped either, but he may return to the bench. If RCG is back next week he replaces Mez for mine.
2 years poor form is short term?He will replace Hetherington or Leota. Hook did not drop Wallace from his squad at Brisbane, despite common belief, and he won't drop Merrin now. He does not drop leadership players for short term form issues. Tamou was equally useless in this game and last.
Are you talking about Merrin? If so, you are talking rubbish.2 years poor form is short term?
Merrin is very necessary. Yeah he had a quiet couple of games but he is very important to our club. Are you talking about Merrin? If so, you are talking rubbish.
His last good patch of form was 2016.He will replace Hetherington or Leota. Hook did not drop Wallace from his squad at Brisbane, despite common belief, and he won't drop Merrin now. He does not drop leadership players for short term form issues. Tamou was equally useless in this game and last and he won't be dropped either, but he may return to the bench.
How is it rubbish? He hasnt reached close to his 2016 form for more than a game here and there. Are you talking about Merrin? If so, you are talking rubbish.
Tell that to Gus. He basically said the same thing crediting the players talent and not the game plan. It’s absolute bullshit when people say we only won because we threw the game plan out the window in the last 10 minutes.
We legitimately attacked the exact same points of the field in the last 10 as we did the previous 70. Difference is, for whatever reason our intensity lifted enormously, we actually executed our plays & Maloney/Cleary played at the defensive line with speed rather than 5m away from it.
We have a young team, his leadership is invaluableHow is it rubbish? He hasnt reached close to his 2016 form for more than a game here and there.
Last year we gave him a pass for his split with Sally. But through this season his good games can be counted on the one hand.
If Hook was fair dinkum he would drop him altogether rather than just benching him. Obviously he doesnt have the balls to do it. But his form warrants it.
Worthless is a more accurate description. We have a young team, his leadership is invaluable

But credit to those who think what failed for 70 minutes suddenly worked so well we scored 4 tries in 7 minutes.
He said the exact opposite. Said when we started executing the game plan, the points came. Unless there was a tweet I missed?
I posted on here Gould's response on twitter to the same thing. The usual suspects lambasted it.
It's beyond childish and boring.
For whatever reason the Mansour try came with some self belief and confidence. It allowed the win.
