That doesn't make sense. Can someone explain how that works?
The method and intensity they apply to their structures on field. In the first half, they looked lethargic, somewhat uncoordinated in everything they tried as if they were like an underdone boxer.

But somehow, like as if someone threw the on switch, then the Panthers came....ALIVE!!

It’s absolute bullshit when people say we only won because we threw the game plan out the window in the last 10 minutes.

We legitimately attacked the exact same points of the field in the last 10 as we did the previous 70. Difference is, for whatever reason our intensity lifted enormously, we actually executed our plays & Maloney/Cleary played at the defensive line with speed rather than 5m away from it.

I posted on here Gould's response on twitter to the same thing. The usual suspects lambasted it.

It's beyond childish and boring.

For whatever reason the Mansour try came with some self belief and confidence. It allowed the win.

1 thing that undeniably changed was that handbrake Maloney getting out of the way

I don’t think Maloney has recovered from the foot injury he picked up in Origin. I doubt it is a coincidence that after he injured his foot Cleary went back to kicking goals. Maloney also couldn’t really run properly today (nor last week). I am sure it wasn’t helped by the fact that he copped a boot in the face either.

He is starting to look a bit like Wallace did towards the end of last season (and Wallace in the middle of this season). I hope he recovers over the next few weeks. I don’t think his form has dipped for any other reason. It isn’t like he would just suddenly decided he doesn’t give a f**k anymore.

I totally agree with you're assessment. He is busted at the moment. Obviously recieving treatment so Yeo did the presser too.

I think the only reason he played was will and determination.

I would also think that Kikau was playing busted. It was his defence early on that allowed the silvertails to score. I would hazard a guess that he had a pain killing injection at some time...

Sugar coat it any way you like but this was as poor a victory as you will ever see.

The only positive, if there is one, it might give us a confidence boost.

I didn't see much difference. DWZ dropped a few. Kikau kept getting half through only to fall over in the 1st half. That was all that stopped us having a lead in the 1st half
