I really can’t wait for this game, I’m going go for a drive out Young way with the family find a nice pub settle in with a schnitty and several schooners and see off what has been a rubbish year on the field with hopefully watching some stars being born.

Yes it would be great if the boys can leave the disappointments of the year behind them for the final game of the season and show Griffin that there is something there to work with next year .

As others have said - go out and throw the footy around and enjoy yourselves . But for heaven sake do pay the Storm reserves respect otherwise it could become embarrassing .

Yep, agree. I actually don't expect us to win but super keen to have a look at the youngsters in the backs. If only they could've given Feagai #2 a run instead of Aitken!!

It's not working with the Bulldogs with Barrett watching them in the match against the Panthers. None showing too much for Barrett to get excited about and they cannot score points. As an attacking coach he might be able to turn that around.

Poor defence as well, so Barrett will have a fair amount of work to do.

I seen the high performance update yesterday they said he got poked in the eye and couldn’t see properly. His vision must not have come back yet.

Remember Willie Mason giving it to the Dragons pack that we had no props.
We fixed that with the likes of Packer, Vaughan and then Graham but now we are soft again.

St George Illawarra interim coach Dean Young has trimmed his squad to 19 ahead of the Dragons' Round 20 clash against the Melbourne Storm at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium, Kogarah on Sunday, September 27.

On top of Red V Members Appreciation Round, the Dragons will celebrate the debuts of Jayden Sullivan (St George Illawarra player #237) and Eddie Blacker (#238) against the Storm.

Paul Vaughan (eye) is out. Kaide Ellis will start at prop with Tyrell Fuimaono promoted to the interchange. Jordan Pereira is the other player to drop out of Tuesday's initial squad.

Adam Clune (hamstring) replaces Ben Hunt (suspended/hip) at halfback. Hunt's hip complaint is not severe and will not rule him out of State of Origin if selected.

Centre Euan Aitken (hamstring) and back-rower Jacob Host (calf) are the other new faces in the team.

Clune, Sullivan and Aitken's inclusions will see the Dragons run out against the Storm with a backline made up of players entirely from our junior representative pathways system.
