If ever there is a game where Mullen needs to get his kicking game in order, this is it. They will take us apart if we drop the ball in our own half. We must also keep it close cos they do fade in the back 20 a lot.

Hate playing the Warriors, we always seem to be in it with them for most of the game and then they up the tempo and we can't go with them in the second half, has happened a few times in the last few years.

We'll need to put heaps of numbers on Matulino and Packer, otherwise they'll monster over our forwards like Souths' did 2 weeks ago.

Mullen's kicking game meant or forwards lack of metres was compensated for last week. He will need to repeat it.

Roberts can leave the long kicks for a week..... Especially the left footed ones.

Is it just me or does Mullen NEVER find open space never get how people talk up his long kicking game......

I've got no idea, whatever we're going to spend on Jeremy Smith I'd be giving to Packer, that way we could utilise Willie abit wider

Packer is exactly the sort of guy I'm talking about in relation to the thoughts behind signing Smith over Lewis.

Getting Smith for 300K allows us to throw 260K or so at Packer, rather than sign Lewis for 500K and then only have 80K or so left over to sign a depth player in our top 25.

I would love to get Packer, though I'm not holding my breath.
