I thought Luai left a few chances out there with a bit too much dancing about. Overall though he did plenty right as well.

Really loving what we have seen from Laurie whenever he has had a shot. He doesn't get his head taken off and 70 was a real possibility. He was a threat everytime he had a tiny bit of space.

Nathan's hammy looks like it has been given the right treatment.

Building nicely for when it matters.

Great step towards hitting full stride for the finals.
We faced a bit of adversity loosing fish and Laurie but kept the machine rolling for a classy win.

After seething for about 4 hours after my club's insipid performance I thought it'd be sporting of me to come and thank the Penrith Panthers for the lesson in rugby league today.

Fun fact from your team. Liddle's brother is on of my daughter's high school teachers. Every dragons game she announces it 😂

As the great Jack Gibson once said:

"You're only as good as your opposition let's you be"

The Dragons didn't have many options because the real Panthers defence showed up and the Panthers attack just love to strangle sides into submission.

Thanks for being humble in defeat, unlike the Broncos and Eels fans who blame the sun coming up for any loss.

Yep great chase by tago, Marto and couple others were in the frame also. Shows the basic desire and effort is still there is defence, just not always executing as well as we have in previous years.

I just wanna give a shout-out to the Panthers ballboy that was on show again yesterday.

Everytime the Dragons got a penalty and kicked his side, he runs up to place the ball on the mark, and as he plants it on the ground, rolls it away from the Dragons player. Makes me laugh everytime. He got them about 3 times that I noticed yesterday, and I've seen him at other games this season doing the same thing. I love it so much.

Other than that, good win - exactly what we needed. Left probably 3-4 tries out on the park too, so still plenty of improvement in us. Really hoping that Fish isn't too badly injured - he deserves to go out on his terms, and we'll need him come finals.

Luai looks like he has picked up a bit of zip over 10 metres too. When he goes, he really accelerates quickly and allows him to break free of the line. Maybe he had it before, but noticing last few games that when he decides to go he is pretty quick.
