Because of you're continual abuse of players, others posters etc. I won't be posting again.

You are a disgrace. Fancy wishing injury on a player and coach of a team you support.

I'm outta here.
Actually he's wishing it on you and me, not them, so don't go. It's his way of coping with winning.

I think there are some positives to take out of this one. I don't like conceding so many points but Canberra are not a terrible team, they're a good team that knows how to lose. That's what they did today. Cleary looked very good which suggests Origin was the factor that was hindering him. Looked extremely dangerous with the ball and RCG gave the forwards a lot more mongrel, particularly in the last third of the game.

I don't know what to make of Maloney. It's hard to be critical of a guy who iced the game when it was on the line but seriously a defensive effort like that should have seen him hooked off the park long before that. I don't mind Tapine as a player but Jimmy made him look like an immortal. With Kikau having an hit or miss defensive game there's not a coach in the game that won't be licking their lips at the prospect of attacking our left side.

I don't think we get Melbourne like this, but we have a few more weeks to get it right. I don't think we're that far off.
Jimmy and Peach had CanBra in this. They werw awful

A few thoughts:
  • Great to see Reg back. He added some starch to our forwards. The Raiders breaks came out wide not through the middle.
  • Leota is very underwhelming at the moment is he hurt?
  • Katoa didn't have a good game. I think we looked better once May come on. I think it's May's turn to show what he can do.
  • Kikau misses a lot of tackles and I think it is because he never gets any rest. He gets tired, gets a second wind and goes again. He is hauling a huge carcass around the field and I think we should spell him and bring on CHN. The rest will do him the world of good and increase his impact.
  • The Raiders right edge was on fire today and Maloney missed a few tackles out there, but they were carving us up there. Blake missed 5 tackles as well. As Gasnier said "their right edge is the best in the comp". They would have tested any team in the comp in that form.
  • Heart in mouth moment when Mansour copped an elbow. I hope he is ok?
  • Our attack is much better when we move the ball instead of just belting the ball up the middle. We have the skill to do it, we just need to do it before we get 14 points behind.
  • Lots of ticker in this team, but we need 17 alarm clocks which go off and wake the players up before they go out. They don't bother getting going until we are losing. Is it the young age of the team? They certainly lack concentration at times. That first try was embarrassing.
  • The stats are interesting this week. 50% possession and we made slightly less metres and had a lower completion rate. But, we used the ball more. 196 passes to 143 (30% more passes) with even possession shows we played a different style to the Raiders who went more for the dominating roll on through the middle. We missed more tackles, made fewer line breaks and made more errors, yet still came out on top. Move the ball, use our short passing game and we win.
  • CHN's pass for the try was a belter.
  • Peachey loves being a fullback, he seems to be having a great time. That dropped ball though

From rounds 4 to 14 we conceded 14 points per game

Since round 15 we’ve conceded 26 points per game

I’m not sure why such a big change, but we need to fix it quick.

Spot on about Kikau. He's either injured or gets tired.

Katoa killed our momentum on a few sets. Needs to be dropped for Egan who is the best hooker at the club right now.

We got 2 points. It was an improvement on last week. Not by much. But im happy if we build slowly.

Im more concerned about defense thsn attack. We have proven when we need points we can find ghrm. But we cant defend well when we need to.

That works fine against average teams.but nearly any top 8 team would be able to hold on yoa 12 point lead.
