Kikau, Fish, Cleary, Luai, Leota, Crichton have all had forced rests. Throw Yeo & Api who had the week after Origin.
May, To'o, Edwards & Martin are the only other guys I'd be looking to get a game off in the last 3.

We have similar playmaking cattle out to Melbourne (Luai/Cleary vs Pap/Hughes) but our forward pack is firing while theirs has checked out and our backline can defend while theirs can't.

Bring the J.J. Giltinan Shield out to Penrith this Thursday, we should be wrapping it up.

If we have first locked up I'd rest the key guys vs the Cowboys (maybe play Luai for fitness).

Don't give them experience with our structures prior to a prelim or GF.

In 2009 the Dragons ran their plays at Parra to flog them the week before the finals only to lose against them the next week.

Edwards will be picked but whether he plays is a different matter.

I agree. The same goes for May.

I suppose if May doesn't play Staines will come in for him. Edwards would probably see Crighton to fullback and Jennings with Bizza outside him.

This is going to be one heck of a tough game.

I can see Titto (sp) on the bench. Eiso onto the bench for Fish. Scotty Sorc.....starting line up.

Now what I'd like to see.......

Thomas Jenkins come in at centre. Or Titto at fullback.....Staines in for May if needed. Forwards the same.

I'm quietly praying and hoping that May and Edwards aren't too badly injured.

Not going to be easy.

It’s going to be a battle of attrition. Quite simply, a match decided on who wants it more.

Bellamy will definitely use Brandy’s recent criticisms of Melbourne’s instigation of dubious tackling techniques as some sort of motivation.

Haha

Bellamy: listen up boys that Pratt Brandy has blamed us for all the wrestling in the game.

Munster: Yeah guys, they always pick on us.

Bellamy: so get out there and wrestle.....

Amateur hour but here goes
1. Do we play "Who let the dogs out" every time Salmon touches the ball
2. Viking clap is a must - at least twice every half
3. Que sera, sera

Probably anything that could ignite that little man in Canberra would be funny

All of the above.

Throw in getting a dog food company to be the match day sponsor for Salmon

If May injured Turuva to start or he will give Edwars a break. I don't expect Kikau other than off the bench.

I was quite apprehensive about our chances last week with the late withdrawal of Kiks. After that result, I thought to myself that the team is heading home with a wet sail. I'll never doubt this team again.
