Griffin said in the press conference he was guaranteed. While the Cowboys are down a bit it'll be the biggest test of the last few weeks.

If Moylan is right to go I think May should come on to the bench for Katoa.
Unless Wal goes down Katoa doesn't really add much for 10 - 15 minutes. With May he can cover Moylan if needed and he can play lock or out in the centres for Peachey. Peach can shift later in the match to the backrow like he did last year when Hardaker came on.
I just feel May has played well and doesn't deserve to lose his spot in the 17.

Sounds like a good fit.

Katoa hasn't done anything to lose his spot, so i doubt Griffin would drop him (rightly or wrongly). I assume team consistency is probably a major reason why Aka or Kikau aren't getting much of a look in at the moment either.

A like for like change though he usually does. Someone like Aka or Kikau means RCG plays less minutes. He likes the bench injury cover

He hasnt done anything to keep it either. May has.

You have a thing for average players, don't you?

I agree but at the same time it might be a case of it ain't broke don't fix it. As good as May is, when was the last time he played hooker?
