Other than handing Amone his debut starting match and Sullivan on the bench, Griffin's selections are baffling. Surely we have a better back up hooker than Maguire. JDB prop? All those calling for Norman's sacking from 5/8th.. well you got your wish. But guess what he is now the half. uuuhhhh! Seems Griffin wants to pick anyone other than Sloan or Ramsey at FB and that he just has to have Bird in the backline. Why he is as slow as a wet week

Another strange but better side. Surely McGuire won’t play 80 at 9, surely Sims won’t play 80 at lock? Surely Sullivan won’t play hooker? Surely Norman deserves to be dropped? Happy with Dufty, very happy with Amone.

I’m happy with Jack at prop, last week we just passed all game and barely ran. He has a great passing game but needs to think run first. Hopefully this gets him back in the zone.
