Agreed but not nathan yet too young to be captain even tho he is pretty mature,
I just feel he might get overwhelmed now, much like matty moylan did.
I'd be spending the extra cash on getting a captain bought in for a few years,
I already floated the idea of Wade Graham on another thread, who i think would be perfect, along with Yeo/Tamou as Vice
But that all depends on who buys the rejects from the sharks (woods, dugan, johnson, moylan, fafita)
Prior has already been shopped to parramatta, if no one else goes, Wado is the best buy we should be targeting, plus he is a junior, much like how peter wallace returned.
Our past captains/senior guys we shipped in like Pietro, Sattler, Presto, Soward, and my favourite Gillmister(god bless him)
Now Tamou and Maloney. All have had an impact on the playing group.
An injection of senior presence is much needed now more than ever, i'd even take Russell Packer, if it meant getting some leadership/grunt in the forward pack

I guess most of the other options won’t be here next season whereas the debutant is. Happy to see him given a debut given our season is well and truly over. Certainly agree we could be on the receiving end of a hiding this week.

The Roosters should cake us in the first half knowing we will be no match. After that in the 2nd half, it will depend on how much the side will listen to the coaches. If we end up behind at FT within 14 points, that would be a sound effort.

He's very good defensively and good at running between defenders for a reasonable play the ball when fit. Would be good in the middle.

If we are going to make someone one of the top 4 or 5 paid players in the game it has to be someone the clubs knows intimately(ie we developed them) and is sure they have the correct attitude or if it is someone from outside the club they need to be far more accomplished than Ponga. The very least they need to have been dominating their position for more than a season.

If we are looking at JWH he had better come cheap. He spends a lot of time on the sidelines.
He is certainly not going to help our already poor discipline.

Knights basically tried to force him to switch managers to someone they know. It's a messy situation we shouldn't judge as we don't know who's done what fully.
