I'm glad they didn't suspend him too, I'd rather see Taufua in manlys line-up over TTurbo.

Good ruling IMO. If the bloke with the ball is allowed to brace himself for impact why can't the defender do the same? Standing your ground and bracing your shoulder doesn't constitute a charge. Hence it's not a shoulder charge. I hope the MRC continues to rule this way.

Strangely enough, the rule doesn't mention whether the defender is moving or not.

Don't know what it is but I just don't carry around the Manly hatred any more. I lived through the Hartley years, the arthursion era etc but it doesn't fire me up anymore.

These days I dislike The dogs, Souths, Roosters and Storm much more than Manly.
