Round 25 vs Broncos - Gameday

Losing our three edge forwards at different points in the match really hurt us. I'm not worried about a few of those tries because it really damaged our structure. This said, two tries were let in through a poor read and play by Semi and two soft attempts by Cam King (one including FPritchard).

This may make it a tad easier for B.A to bring Kaysa and Beau back into the 17, which I agree with if I could be assured KPritchard and Scott were 100% or close to. This said, my forward rotation would read:

8. Mannah
9. King
10. Alvaro
11. Ma'u
12. Moeroa
13. Brown

14. KPritchard
15. Edwards
16. Matagi
17. Scott

Unlucky for Terepo. Genuine reasons why you would leave Vave, FPritchard and Gower out at full strength.

Against Souffs I reckon Vave will get another run if he's not busted from tonight. They have a pretty big pack, even if 3/8ths of them have hands like buttered feet. But I also think King and Pritchard would be a handy rotation. Neither are really 80 minute hookers.

Even though I don't rate him incredibly highly I'd start Kritchard personally. He's the better defender. Gain the ascendancy in the arm wrestle, and then send King out as the attacking dynamo PJ Marsh style.

Awesome performance tonight, Eels fan.

Physically the Eels were just all over the Broncos. The kick chase was unbelievable and the Broncos just didn't have any answers. Radradra was unbelievable and in the night your boys were just lining up to score one over Brisbane.

Enjoy the rest of the weekend, and welcome back to the finals. Your side has been sorely missed.

Damn it Pete. Why you got to be such a gracious loser? It is much more entertaining when isaiah is in here shitting the joint up and we can be awful, gloating winners.

Even with all our bitching about the referees (Klein is public enemy #2 around here after Perenara) the biggest thing going for us and against your boys tonight was the 12 errors the Broncos made. You won't have many, if any, games like that moving forwards and they impacted the scoreboard big time tonight with Auva'a and Jennings grabbing tries directly as a result of a turnover.

For whatever reason Milford decided to have two quiet games against us this year which was a pleasant surprise.

Great bit of work from Kenny as well.
It was. That's why we're able to run that play (on both sides when Ma'u is available). Any merkin can drop the pass out the back (Moeroa has even done it on that play this year) but a quality playmaking forward like Edwards knows when to hit the 'decoy' runner.

Does any fanbase actually like Klein? Even tonight with all the pity penalties at the death, he still managed to clear that Takairangi try so a lot of Brisbane fans aren't happy with him. Never thought much of him ever since he awarded that Fa'alogo try in the World Cup.

It was an embarrassing performance tonight and if the Broncos aren't careful the wounded Cowboys could dish out similar. I actually thought in a well beaten side, Milford was one of the Broncos better performers laying on three tries.

The really funny thing is that there were f**kers on here who were glad to see the back of Semi and couldn't wait for him to go to France.
Clearly they have short memories of how good he is.
I'd rather fans like that would f**k off and support someone else.
Maybe they can f**k off to France like him?
