I'm stoked that Broncos v Panthers is Friday night (I work Sunday afternoons) but I'm sure the Broncos will be pissed. They were pushing pretty hard for a big Petero farewell.

How can people complain about the draw in the last round ffs. Do you propse that the fix every result to get a perfect round 26?? They don't have crystal ball and i am fine with it

Getting FNF is massive. Probably an extra day for week 1 over our opponents is a nice advantage.

Of all the FNF slots all season, this is the most important one and very pleased to have it.

Umm, finals teams want to play as early as possible in this round...

All 4 teams with the shorter turn around won their first finals match last year (the top 4 teams).

Can't have that much impact.

Obviously Souffs, Dogs, Melbourne, and Manly got the Fri/Sat games to avoid the turnaround, not a lot you can with the draw really.

How does the new finals scheduling work? Is it 2v3 Friday, 1v4 Sunday, and the Eliminators on the Saturday?

Based on this the NRL clearly expects us to finish in the top 3.
