Outside backs is where we lost that. Uate, McManus and Leilua back in this side and we are miles better. Can't blame Denniss, he did a decent job given his age. Ross, Mamo, Pat were shite.

No presence. Uate for all his flaws at least has that.

Thank Mamo for that.

It's all Mamo's fault.

Not the three guys who stopped chasing the ball and stood a foot away from Kata, allowed him to pick the ball up and let Mamo make an attempt without any help before making an attempt.

He was poor today, but he shouldn't have to cop the majority of the blame for that f**k up.

A lot of people are questioning the attitude on show today, I thought it was much more a fitness issue rather than an attitude issue. The Warriors got some really soft penalties and absolutely nothing went our way at all. As someone else said if we got over 30% possession in that second half I would be surprised. Just about the whole second half was the Warriors camped in our half, I actually don't remember us getting a set of 6 where we started in their half, or even us getting tackled in their 20m zone. Basically the boys were extremely tired after defending for a whole half. Some typical errors from the usual suspects didn't help us at all but I thought the attitude and effort was there, we just didn't have the gas left in the tank to do anything with the ball or defend with any vigour.

I agree with a few others who pointed out that the 36th minute was the turning point, it was basically a 12 point turnaround, we were looking pretty decent in attack and the Warriors were struggling to contain us, we should have had a repeat set but Kata gets away and they score upfield a minute later, that was a massive error from us which robbed us of all our momentum and gave the Warriors a boost going into half time, which they then proceeded to take advantage of in the second half and trample all over us.

Also there are so many of these guys who have only played a handful of FG games and people are blowing a gasket over us losing after having a 6 point lead for about 10 mins... Relax guys, take some positives out of that first half, we were the better team for most of it and our inexperience cost us. It won't be the last time it happens this year.

'Our biggest problem' seems to change every week, lol. We'll get absolutely monstered in the forwards again soon and they'll be our biggest problem again. Not even mocking posts here that's what it actually feels like week to week. I think most of us would be happy if we never saw Snowden again though. Our current forwards are more putting in more than he has for a long time.

It's fairly worrying we're missing Uate. For his faults he's still better than what we had today. Let's also hope Sione can get on the field more often and continue his form form the Raiders game. Beast mode Sione would be a highlight for our year.

It's a shame he missed today's game, Sione from last week would have given Ayshford nightmares.

Our forwards are coming along allright but the second half was a learning curve for them in regards to attitude and applying pressure.

Our outside backs is where the real problem is and we will continue to suffer if we have sub standard NRL players in Pat, Ross and Mamo.

Browny is doing a great job at the place with the diabolical hand he has been dealt with in terms of talent. It will take 3 years to turn this joint around as the overpriced contracts end but we will improve with Browny at the helm.

I agree with Macca however we will never challenge for the title under the current TPA rules unless mysterious benefactors suddenly appear.

The positive was Mataora. He's quickly becoming our best prop.
People still have in their head that he's shit, but he would make any side in the NRL the way he's currently playing.

7 runs for 69 metres wouldn't be getting him a spot at the dogs/broncs/cows and probably a few others.

He has improved somewhat, but in a world where we are challenging for a comp he'd be your 18th man type player.

At the dogs/broncs/cows he wouldn't be in a forward pack that's getting absolutely f**king belted either.
He made the most metres per run in our pack. A pack, as mentioned, that was f**king dominated around the time Sam went off. It's one thing to make 100m when you're taking hit-ups after Klemmer, Graham or Tamou, Scott, Taumalolo etc.

This week alone Mataora's stats are better than any forward on the cowboys' and broncos' bench and two forwards from a bulldogs side who steamrolled an abysmal rabbitohs' side.

2 tries in two weeks with practically nothing doing, averaging 30 tackles a game, only 1 missed tackle over 4 games in mostly a badly beaten side. Come on mate, you're just trying to be negative

Haven't looked at stats but I thought Korbin was really poor even in the opening 20 mins. He was basically jogging up to the defensive line all game and surrendering when he should be fighting in every run and hitting the line at speed.

Mate, I usually look at your posts and think " what the hell is this dude smoking" but you are 100% right here.

Sam has been outstanding the last few weeks and it's a miracle Bennett failed to lure him to the Broncos last year.

Sam strikes me as a player who has seen this is his moment to make his mark and will not let anything get in the way of that. He is genuinely striving for consistency.

Much of my views on the game have been expressed by many.

We got exposed badly in the outside backs and a lack of possession, penalties and little enthusiasm sank us.

We have such a weak roster and this is what normal looks like.
