Round 4 v Dragons

Dragons are hard to pick tbh, they can trouble teams with their defence but like the sharks game the other week sometimes they just don't show up and get towelled up. Defensively we should be able to do well enough unless Benji has one of his rare great games because they don't have much to offer with the ball.

I think Widdop is a solid 5/8 but he isn't great at anything. Solid kicking game, solid running game, solid ball player etc He just doesn't have an area where he excels.

Love having the positivity back but gees we go from one extreme to the other.

Should be a tough game, I dont think it'll be anything like a walk in the park. Dragons were really tough on Sunday, their forwards stood up. I think we have the side to win, but down there I doubt we'll blow them off the park.

I agree re; Moylan, given our recent track record with returning players, wouldn't mind giving him one extra week.

Lets not get to carried away the Dragons will be tough to beat at home.
They were unlucky to go down against Melbourne and were pathetic against the Sharks but they hung in against Souths and won.
We are still learning to adapt to Griffins style and haven't played a full 80 minutes yet.
The Dragons might be struggling to score points but they could easily drag this out for an arm wrestle.

Our attack isn't all that sharp. It's our second phase play that is dangerous and as we saw against the Broncos in the first half, it's not always going to work out for you. Fortunately we stuck with it in the second half and it did work out for us.

We're going to have to accept a lot of errors if we play that sort of football. Pre-season articles had the coach saying that's the sort of football he wants us to play. He wants us to be entertainers. So I doubt he will punish players who try to do that and make a mistake here and there.

This is the first game I'm actually tipping us to get up - I'm not overly confident at all, and still think we have the capacity to lose this game, but, if Moyza comes back I think we'll look a lot better in attack - It obviously wont all come together straight away as he needs match time to get the fitness back, but I think we'll look a lot crisper - Still, the opportunity to lose will be there at some point, I just hope we have enough ticker to hold in - Should be a close game.

As long as we defend well we should be ok here. We haven't put together a great defensive game yet, we defend well in patches but each game there have been some bad defensive errors. We are vulnerable two passes off the ruck on our line as well.

Our second phase game should be enough to disrupt the St.George structured defence. This worked for us last week.

We will have enough points in us then.

Just need a few more weeks and a solid spine back to settle into a newer playing style. The wins will come.

I can't believe Will Smith is in the team again this week
Means absoutely zip of course. Either Moylan will play or if he's not ready, put Hiku or DWZ at the back, Yeo to centre where he had a blinder last week, and bring Peachey up, who also had a top game.

You could hardly blame the coach and medical staff being ultra-cautious with Moylan, after seeing Whare get re-injured.

Judging by the fact Malakai WATENE-ZELEZNIAK is named at fullback in NSW Cup and Brent Naden in the centres it is quite possible Matt Moylan will be late inclusion in the top grade. I would be highly surprised if Malakai WATENE-ZELEZNIAK was to play fullback as he has played most of his senior career on the wing and a bit of centres in his under 20 days.
