Was certain roosters were going to score on the left at the end there. Somehow we escaped...phew

Interesting game plan in the second half which almost backfired.

The actual defensive effort was great. Ben Hunt fantastic even given the funny tactics. Su'a was a big loss and it showed when he wasn't around to get us valuable metres in s pretty ugly but gritty second 40.

Definitely pleasing. I didn't believe we'd get the 2 points so a big tip of the get to the 17 players and coach.

Great win and how good for all the true believers on this Forum who knew the boys had it in them today. I don't wanna toot my own horn but I did say saints by 2 and we continue our unbeaten run when I start the game day thread!!!

That defensive display was something we haven't witnessed since the Bennett era and to do it against one of the heavyweights is even more special.

Like we've been saying this team and this coach deserves our time, our patience and our support while they improve and rebuild.

Two points

1. Where's that Roosters troll who was on last week telling us Knights were dudded?

2. The tackle of Tupou on Ravalawa makes a MOCKERY of this sport given some of the suspensions and bins we've received over the last year. I think back to Vaughan on a sharks player for accidentally brushing his nose, Pereira on Tedesco and some of the hip high tackle suspensions given to the rava himself.

Just heard Abdo even said it should have been a bin.
