You and NZ can only hope.

Poms are back to within a converted try.

The wannabies have lost to both Ireland and Samoa this year... they arent a threat...

And the poms are gone now... Wales vs NZ/SA final with an NZ/SA winner.

Keep hoping. We'll know tomorrow.

Aus vs NZ in the semi. Just because you can't say it doesn't mean it wont happen.

Of course it could happen... but it wont... its raining again and the wannabies have a shit forward pack... your backs are going to freeze without the ball.

England were dreadful. I cannot believe that the poms have had four years to prepare for the world cup, yet only have one set move....throw it to the samoan guy.

Why not the french? they have a habit of continually playing the game of there lives whenever they meet the all blacks in the knockout stages.

Also the poms were crap and really disappointed in the Irish, I thought both would win there first knockout games.

Irish were average the whole tournament, they started believing their own hype after they beat Australia. They fluked the flukiest fluke that they'll ever fluke against Australia. 3 key players out for the wallabies and they were wanking themselves into a frenzy over that win. Was great to see the Welsh (who've been class all tournament) send them crashing back to reality.

i was hardly a fluke... Irleand beat Australia pretty easily IMO.

they were a decent side... i think it was a matter of styles making fights.

i picked Ireland to beat Australia months ago... injuries certainly had a bit to do with the end result.

but Irelands grinding style was always going to trouble Australia.

i just dont think Australia are THAT good... there certainly capable of beating anyone on there day... and yes including the all blacks... but there also capable of losing to some horrid teams also...

the reason i cant see them winning the world cup is that they have to win 3 tough games in a row... Australia haven't done that for almost 10 years.

Kiwis not playing well at all in this game. Seemed to be rattled somewhat all half, with only a couple cheap penalties handing them a small lead at halftime.

You'd have to think the All Blacks will improve greatly this half, and I can't see the pumas keeping up with them if they do.

If they can keep up the pressure though, could be an upset/choke on the cards?

New Zealand will run away with the game in the last 20.

Slade is shit (now injured). Time for the 3rd string 5/8 to show what he's made of.

South Africa were slightly better than us today, but both teams were a heap of shit. In saying that, union is a funny game. I would not discount our chances in beating the All Blacks next week.

Quade was a mass today, but he might be diamonds instead of rocks next week. Unfortunately, we'll have to stick with him.

Yeah. We played like shit and won a game with 24% of territory.

I full expect us to beat Argentina next week. Whoops. Maybe NZ...
