As far as Mix's rumours go, I've always appreciated his 'ethical' drip feed of info

Ethical drip feed...hmm... I feel it's more like a hot chick who relentlessly flirts with you but in the end just wants to be friends (aka a ---- tease).

Off Topic but Bellamy's next project player is Matt Groat who he has signed for the pre season.

Always had a massive wrap on him and hope he comes good, was hoping we'd sling him a 2nd tier deal actually.

Ahhh good old Matt Scrote. Loved his effort in that final v the Tigers a few years ago. Couple of lazy efforts and an error and all of a sudden we are level from two tries down. Well played Scrotey. If Bellend turns this one around he deserves a knighthood.

Is that a rumour or just a speculative question?

Went to the Broncos after the Storm so may have crossed paths with Kearney.

History shows we've had a pretty good track record with Aussie journeymen. If he came on the cheap, could be worth a crack.

There's some prop playing for the cutters who we are apparently sounding out. I think he's an ex Raider but I'm not sure of the name.

Just bringing this back up. Apparently a rumour floating around about a meeting with a cutters player. Could be a different player as I'd thought this one had gone a bit quiet.

I'll fund some of his contract to stay ! Lol. Apparently the sticking point with a manly deal is his asking price is too high

Just send Brown to the Tigers so he can hook back up with Auntie Ivan and the 2011 tour they have going down there. That will free up a spot to fill the average ex-Warrior quota.

LOL - he's got to pay his child support, and bury his dodgy behaviour

Seriously, the media keeps referring to him as a 'star', you need him badly

Well, he (Kennedy) makes a huge number of decoy and supporting runs. Seriously... I went trawling through the numbers (when Mix first posted about him, was the only ex-Raiders prop at the Cutters) - the closest prop in either reserve grade comp for decoy & support runs per 80 mins was about 60% of Kennedy.

Outside of that remarkable characteristic, he seems fine. Has played a lot of very low-minute stints which flags up as a concern, but his workrate doesn't drop when you isolate his bigger minute performances. A big, brutal go-forward guy he probably isn't, though - he's a worker.

He might not be a brute, but size still worries defences. The fact he's supporting so much would mean the defence can't ignore someone that size.

I'd be fine with him. Depth and competition doesn't hurt in anyway.

Just to be clear - I'm not claiming we have made a signing from the Cutters or that this latest rumour is legit. Merely linking this rumour of a meeting with something I posted about a month or so a go.

Seems like this Blake Green to Warriors talk may have some serious legs

Apparently Moylan is close to signed and sealed for Manly, but they have to do some work moving other players on to fit him under the cap, and Green would be one of them. If Manly can't rework the squad to make it work with Moylan, Green would stay but negotiations are happening with Green at the moment
