Personally i don't think he will ever be an eel and i am okay with that.
Would rather we keep developing our current crop of youngsters and support them with Hock, Reni and co.

I don't think anyone is being tough on him. If he was offered a new contract but rejected it, then he's simply not worth making an improved offer to. That's all anyone is saying. It wouldn't surprise me if Kearney signed him and Loko for a lot more than what they're worth, thinking they were future stars and Stuart re-evalauted his salary.

Seems like a lot of people are saying "good riddance to him", when all he's done is say he believes he's worth more (which I am sure also has A LOT to do with his manager).

with Penriff throwing cash around willy nilly - and with Mitch being a Penriff Boy originally - I'd suggest he's received an offer from the Panfers - IIRC They were bitterly disappointed with him coming over to the Eels....

I could be wrong...

I would like to see him re-signed - I think he's been good this year, him and Lussick together seem to be becoming a bit of an Angry Mob....
