South Sydney has confirmed half-back Chris Sandow has quit the club and will join Parramatta at the end of the season.
The Rabbitohs have confirmed the departure of their number seven, with club owner Russell Crowe announcing on Twitter that Sandow had been offered a mammoth $550,000 a season by the Eels.
"We're very disappointed to learn of Chris' decision but we wish him the best for the future," Rabbitohs chief executive officer Shane Richardson said in a statement.
"Unfortunately for us he has met his Alan Bond."
