My point is everyone rated him. He was let go cause of discipline yeah? So are we all super scouts?
You don't just play like crap at age 16 than when hit 20 all of a sudden you come good. You slowly progress thru the grades. And if you can get one first grader a year from under 20's your doing ok.Not too hard when your picking 10 new guys a year to play there.
We lost a talent scout and everyone is carrying on like there mother died. Its ridiculous. A good coach is what you need and players will stay
Who is carrying on like their mother died?
All I have read has been people commenting that Nolan helped (no one says he did it on his own) build the squad we have today from the one that existed when he arrived. That he has found and retained some strong juniors both from local clubs and from other areas and that he has helped bring some talent across from other clubs for FG.
There are also comments attributing some of our shit signings to him (for reasons most on here wouldn't know about) and no one has disupted those comments.
And finally there is comments and hopes that the club doesnt allow recruitment, retention and junior player identification to fall behind now he is gone.
Take a chill pill Hindy111 - BA has also been credited by most people who are commenting on Nolan's departure as being the first coach to be able to bring the players into some semblance of a proper playing squad and get them all on the same page and playing well.
It is possible to have more than one person concurrently responsible for the fortunes (good or bad) of the footy team mate.
