8 in row the pricks still whinge, i suppose it's the only highlight in most of these corn feds year.

Izzy's form in the NRL for a couple of years before we tried to sign him wasn't very good but he got valued highly. Same with SBW. :roll:

Quite different cases. Benji was playing NRL less than a year ago, and his form (usefulness) had already tapered somewhat. If he'd stayed in league his notional value would at best have been stable, but I suspect dropped relative to that prior to 2013. What is so strange about saying that a player's notional value changes over time according to their performance? Imagine that he'd just been injured and missed the first half of the season....but based on last year's form would you value him as highly as early years? Do you reckon Fui is as valuable this year as last year, or 2012?


Izzy left the game (NRL) in strong form, and as a young man, then went away and played a code that does not particularly complement league skills, then returned. We tried to sign him initially for a cap amount of $250k, and you know what happened next.

In the case of Marshall, you have revealed recent deteriorating performance (if you agree with my assessment of his 2013 form) in the NRL. In the case of Izzy you have a lack of current relevant information.

I get that list from another website, just like my stats. However the site I get stats from no longer offers such a good service which is why I don't post stats much any more. I never had a spreadsheet.

I am boring in real life but.
