No doubt Manly will want to secure some existing and new players, waiting till round 13 makes that pretty hard.
If we have made such offers and they have been agreed to, it will make it very hard for Manly.
At the moment, Manly can only make offers that assume that both DCE and KF stay with them. If one of them pulls the plug, that unties the strings with respect to the other.
