I put $50 on Parra for spoon. I got $32 so I need Tigers to learn how to tackle
We could lend them a few players, (ala Harry Grant at the tigers style), just until the seasons over, it could also work as good punishment for our players to never cross Ivan, or he'll send you to tigertown

As shit as Tago has been, He'd still be the best player on their roster even in current form

Choosing to give Tago the big bucks over Critter isn't looking smart
It's a tough one.. Tago is still very young and raw plus has the ability to play backrow at a pinch, he is on what 600k over the next few years whilst the dogs paid what 800k minimum for Critter!

Critters value has absolutely sky rocketed after this season with how the dogs and going and how Nsw went so if he continues his worth will be 1mill maybe even 1.2? Could we afford to keep him longer than say 3 years? Definitely not if our young blokes all turn into guns which is happening so you need money to keep them.

Yeah we lost gun players and even star players but we've managed to keep probably the best 1, 7, 13 in the game for probably all their careers. You can't keep a centre on 1mill a year in this team.

Yes most of you say a though one, it's true. Both have something very different to offer and last night's game had me torn.

Glad original is over and hope it's only 2 weeks for Dylan.

The point is we probably could have kept Critta on Tago's money if the timing had worked out. What happens with the next contract is neither here nor there. Dollars wise it hasn't worked for Critta ether, if he had extended for a year and was negotiating now he would be commanding more than what he is getting from the Dogs.

It's all just speculation though on how it would have worked out. The main thing is if we could turn back the clock with hindsight, do you keep Tago at his current contract, or let him walk if you could keep Critta for the same give or take 10 to 15%.
