They're losing Luciano Leilua so it makes sense they want an edge forward. I think LL is a right side player as well.

They'd be mad not to look at Wade Graham as well.

Tigers have already got Papali’i from Parra heading there in 2023.

If Nikora has a good season I’d be looking at keeping him, he’s got a lot of upside.

Interesting.

Now let’s think about current sharks state… do you leave a club with the momentum we have under Fitz, new recruits, financial position and great area to go to the Tigers, about to sack anither coach, halfback going nowhere and have 3 home grounds?

It can only be about money when that’s the choice.

How many players once they join the Tigers do they improve, not bloody many

Think Wade Graham has some sort of an effect on Nikora.
I assume it’s Wades last year with us if not would be on a Moylan contract.
But I think if u ask Wade he wants a few more years on decent coin. I’d say that’s the delicate situation the clubs in.

Nikora has two kids under 2. The decision will be financially based you have to assume. Nikora would be wise to see if the Hynes combo can rekindle the SJ one from 2019 and really cash in.

In saying this 2019/2022 so far Nikora looks fantastic. 2020/2021 Nikora was lucky to be in the side some weeks. I will trust Fitz judgement. Do not forget the club recently signed Wilton and Talakai to multi year deals.

Also just on the tigers take a guy like Luke Garner and put him in Nikoras role the last few years and the results would be similar. I can't see Garner getting a much bigger pay day than the one the Tigers paid him to lure him over there in the first place. Risky destination.

I see your point but I feel like Wade doesn’t have recent form or on field presence to back up that want. If Bomber was still here and the standard was as per 2 years ago then Wade gets what he wants. I think that’s all changed now.

Gonna be interesting as the season goes on with some of these guys off contract. Will no doubt get some offers that we can't match from the Tigers and Dolphins etc. They also have to factor leaving a club that looks like it's potentially on the up for sides that will likely struggle for a while. Don't underestimate the Fitz factor either I reckon.

Dont get me wrong I’d offload him now if it was possible
