I get all that but his offer to come was before we appointed the rest of the coaching staff.

Pele is interesting. Cant agree he lacks patience. Look at his body since he came to sharks. Lotta work there. Maybe not made for the lateral defensive stuff people want in the middle .seems a half or hooker that gets bumped off easily for lack of size is excusable for their attacking brilliance .No such lenience for a prop ? Peles obvious ability to break the line seemingly at will has got to have some value if used astutely. Interesting to see how the side goes with the defensive skill of Finnucane and McInnes and overall improvement with rest of squad . Pele might just be a great weapon to have on the bench to Break a game wide open. Hes been with us for a while now so someone must see some value in him .

Make no mistake, Pele has the potential to be a BEAST. How he is advised will hold all the bearing on whether he does fulfil that potential or not.

Kind of a weird decision to sign for a team that's called the New Zealand Warriors. Sure they've been based in Australia for a while but they were going back eventually.

Not much of a loss for them, and not keen on him coming here.
